Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
- Please email sales@twisted.industries to request a refund. We do not provide shipping labels for returned items.

Return Exceptions
Twisted Industries reserves the right to accept or deny, in whole or in part, items submitted for returns. Reasons for denial are as follows, but not limited to: Merchandise that has been heavily worn, used, or altered. Clothing that has been worn.
Exchanges
If your item has a manufacturing error, was never received, or broke when used due to manufacturing error, you may exchange your item for the exact same item purchased originally, or the current model therefore.

Account Charges
Your account will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your account will be refunded. Most items ship within 24 business hours, but in some cases, and at certain times of the year, these shipping times may be extended. Your account will be charged at the time of purchase, not at the time of shipment.
Shipping Policy
Most orders received before 12:00pm EST will be shipped out same day. Most orders received after 12:00pm EST will ship out next day. Special orders or back order items will ship out once they are in stock and completed.
Any items marked as “FFL only” must be shipped to another FFL facility. Before shipment, Twisted Industries must receive a copy of the recipients FFL. These conditions may delay shipping of your item. The faster we receive the recipients information, the faster we are able to ship your order. Any other item not marked as FFL only can be shipped with the FFL only item and picked up when receiving your item from the recipient FFL holder.
Carriers
Twisted Industries uses USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or possibly other carriers to deliver our orders. Most items ship with USPS Priority.
Order Tracking
In the case a tracking Number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on largest item purchased. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to do so.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order for an extended amount of time, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship the remainder of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

We only collect information that we need that is related to your order.
